Buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting, disassembling & removing this item from the premises, without damaging the premises, within the time allowed. Wiring is included to the first disconnect. All electrical connections must be turned off and capped. Buyer and his/her contractors or employees assume all risk and liability. By removing or attempting to remove this item, buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Seller and RMEB Inc. against all causes of action.
